• 1 lemon, peeled, pithed, juiced
• 40g turmeric root, chopped, juiced
• 35g ginger root, chopped, juiced
• 1/4tsp mct oil

Instructions

1. combine all juice into glass. whisk in mct oil. garnish with black pepper.
